Dan Matthews, Founder

Dan is Chairman of Saintsbury Holdings, LLC, a private equity fund with interests throughout North America in structured real estate transactions. Dan is a partner in EcoUno Land Group and is a founding member of the Canadian Green Building Council.

Keith McIvor, VP Sales

Living in Whistler since 1988, Keith and his wife, Tracy, have owned two building lots in Kadenwood since 2002. Keith was also the Strata Chair for Kadenwood from 2004-2006 and was the driving force behind the approval and commitment by Intrawest to install the Kadenwood gondola that opened in December 2010. Keith has used his considerable talents and skills to position the Kadenwood neighborhood as the premier ski in ski out address in Whistler.

Kerri Stewart, Marketing and Project Manager

Kerri Stewart has worked at Intrawest for over 15 years and has been responsible for the strategy development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to drive sales results, managed multiple projects and budgets; directed multiple advertising agencies to drive the creative processes; and helped innovate marketing tools, processes and programs.
